Agogo set to miss rest of season

Black stars striker Junior "Ga Mantse" Agogo looks set to miss the rest of the season with a groin injury.

The 27-year-old who plays his club football for Nottingham Forest got injured during the 1-0 win over Gillingham on 17 March and he will visit a specialist on Tuesday to find out the extent of the injury.

Manager Colin Calderwood said: "I don't know the technical term for what he's got but it's fairly serious.

"He won't play in Bristol on Saturday and I don't think he'll be back by the end of the season. I think he's done."

Agogo has scored 10 goals in 34 games since joining the Reds from Bristol Rovers in August.

Forest are third in League One.
