That this year Brong Ahafo second division league would be keenly contested is an understatement. Teams like Semereka, Mighty Royals, Soccer Disciples and Grandmasters have all stepped on the high gear in order to make impact.

But one club that has begun a massive revolution is the rejuvenated Aduana F.C. of Dormaa Ahenkro, under the Chairmanship of the charismatic and show-boy, Kingsley Osei-Bonsu.

The former Division One Club has gone to camp for intensive training with the aim of conditioning the boys for the division two league which begins at the ending of this month

This reporter was highly impressed with the standard of physical training when a familiarization tour was made to various training centres yesterday.

At Petit Paris, an executive cottage where the Aduana lads are currently camping, there is no reason why the boys should fail to deliver. The facilities including washers, rooms and dining rooms are first class!

In an interview with this reporter, the newly appointed CEO, Kingsley Osei Bonsu a.k.a. Zico said his short term aim is to get the team to Premiership in the year 2004. According to the CEO, his new management has acquired gym equipment, football boots, gym boots and sets of jerseys.

According to the man whose knowledge in the running of football Clubs in Ghana knows no bounds, the call from the Dormaahene, Nana Agyemang Badu II was so authoritative that he could not decline. H said, apart from his respect for traditional Authority, the Omanhene was of great help to him in his days as the Chairman of B/A United, and that the time has come for him to pay the great King back.
