Do you know who was the highest paid informant during the NDC era? It was Kweku Baako Jnr. He was part of the national intelligence network. That is one of the reasons why he claims to havre so much facts about the NDC. It was even the BNI that sponsored the outdooring ceremony of his disputed daughter.
