Whether it is true that the police guard of the powerful short man in the Castle, stole billions of cedis hidden in “wiase ye sum” black polythene bags from under his bed in his house during the Christmas period but being an astute politician and taking a cue from what happened to the former Head of the Umbrella Party in similar circumstances, has refused to report the theft to the police?
