Whether it is true that the NPP has hatched a plan for the Electoral Commission to be sued by a group of its supporters resident in the USA if the EC proves adamant in agreeing to the registration of Ghanaians abroad, and whether it is true that pro-NPP Justices on the Supreme Court have already been put on standby to rule in favour of such an action
