Kufuor wants Kyeremanteng To Succed Him (5)
It is well known among many leading members of the NPP that Mr. Kyeremanteng, Ghana’s Ambassador to the US, is President Kufuor’s preferred choice as the party’s flagbearer for the 2008 election.
Mr. Alan Kyeremanteng was one of the major appointments of President Kufuor cabinet reshuffle. He is the new Minister of Trade, Industry and Special Initiatives. His appointment answered the question of how he would be brought into the Ghanaian political scene.
