If Alan Wins I Will Be So Happy - JAK

President Agyekum Kufuor has moved a step further to physically campaign for his beloved aspirant, ‘Alan Cash’ by telling close pals and visitors to his house that if Alan wins he will be smiling all the way.

Insiders have revealed to the Enquirer Newspaper that the Presided told them in twi that “Se Alan Wiini aa, mani begye paaa, yen nyinaa ani begye” meaning “If Alan wins, I will be happy, we shall all be happy”.

At least three visitors to the President’s House have confirmed to the The Enquirer that the President indeed said that when they visited him with one adding that “I am amazed, these were the same words he used, and it’s word to word. It almost looks like a rehearsed speech huh?”.

According to one of the insiders, the President went ahead and said there is no way he would support Yaw Osafo Maafo, one of the best of the aspirants in terms of ability to deliver. He also said he will never support Dan Botwe. “He told myself and a friend of mine that how can I support somebody I have fired from my government”, a source told The Enquirer.

Meanwhile, party supporters say the President’s love for Alan Kyeremanteng has a long history to it, alleging that Alan Kyeremanteng’s father, Alex Kyeremanteng was Victor Owusu’ss nephew. Victor Owusu was the one who mentored Prez Kufuor in politics. It is further alleged that Alan Kyeremanteng’s father was a career patron of President Kufuor.President Kufuour has however stated publicly that he is not supporting any particular aspirant even though it now seems like an open secret.
