Two Catholic parishes dedicate choir robes

Miss Joyce Aryee, Chief Executive of the Ghana Chamber of Mines, has called on choristers to use music as a medium of communicating with God.

She said music played a very important role in spiritual development of the human being.

Miss Aryee made the call at the dedication of robes for Corpus Christi and St. Bakhita parishes of the Catholic Church at Sakumono Estates, near Tema on Saturday.

She asked them to continue to devote themselves to the work of God. “God’s ministry is the highest ministry of all,” she added.

She charged them to be obedient and respect authority, and above all, serve God with humility.

Reverend Father Fred Agyemang, Priest of the Corpus Christi parish, advised the choristers to aspire to greater heights.
