Bishop Abubekr warns developers against encroachment

Ankaase (Ash), March 18, GNA - The Right Reverend Nuh Ben Abubekr, Methodist Bishop of Kumasi has warned against the encroachment of the land acquired by the Ankaase Faith Healing Hospital of the Methodist Church at Ankaase in the Kwabre district. He said the illegal developers of the church land at Ankaase and other places should stop because the church would seek legal action against those people. Rt.Rev.Abubekr gave the warning when preaching at an induction service for Very Rev. James Essare Dadzie, Superintendent Minister of the Ankaase Methodist church at Ankaase on Sunday. He advised the new Superintendent Minister not to kowtow to those who were encroaching on the land acquired by the church. Bishop Abubekr called on the leadership of the church to assist in the collection of the Methodist Development Fund Levy adding, 93fulfill the ministry of preaching to the unbelievers, praying for the sick and restoring the hope of the church members." He advised the Superintendent Minister to be bold and steadfast in administering the duties assigned him as a Minister and always 93feed the flock who were hungry with the Word of God." The Bishop urged him to seek the direction of God in the ministry saying, 93you must live in righteousness because your power in the ministry lies in righteousness".
