Church organizes national prayer summit

Accra, Nov 18, GNA - The 5th National Prayer Summit of the "Kings Hill Ministry International" has been launched in Accra.

The five-day summit which is under theme: "Erasing the descendants of Jezebel in the nations and churches" is being organized in conjunction with the "Church of New Beginnings" and would end on Friday, November 19. At a press conference in Accra, The Reverend Peter Hans-Folley, Founder of Kings Hill Ministry International, said the motive behind the summit was to equip participants to meet the challenges facing the church. "At the end of the summit, participants are expected to be empowered to deal with the Jezebel factor," he added.

Speakers at the summit include Reverend Kennedy Addo, Senior Associate of the Church of New Beginnings and Prophetess Salomey Oforiwah Boakye, General Overseer of "Antioch Pentecostal Prayer Ministries International". As part of its social responsibility, Kings Hill Ministry International has been donating items frequently to the Ridge Hospital in Accra and other orphanages also in Accra.

The Rev Hans-Folley charged all political aspirants to work hand in hand with the church so as to bring peace to the nation. Touching on the forthcoming District Level Elections scheduled for December 28, he urged aspirants to eschew all forms of corruption and think of what they could offer to their nation.
