Christians urged to let God's word guide them

Winneba (C/R), July 13, GNA - Rev Douglas Peprah Baah of Royal Gate International Chapel in Accra has urged Christians to let God's words take full control and guide them in their daily activities. Rev. Baah was delivering a sermon at a thanksgiving Service to climax a weeklong anniversary celebration by the youth members of the Church at Winneba under the theme: "Arise and build"

He urged them to maintain and firmly uphold the good name of Jesus Christ and virtues of humanity to enable them become good Christians. Rev. Baah urged mankind to stay focused, determined and always have faith in the Lord for them to overcome obstacles hindering progress. Rev. Emmanuel Wiredu Nkrumah, Central Regional superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church, urged the youth to get away from immoralities and lead worthy lives that would help them to grow to become usefully adults. 13 July 07
