Apostolic Church of Ghana ends pre-Christmas convention at Kasoa

Kasoa, Dec. 18, GNA - Pastor John Kofi Effah, Pastor in-charge of Kasoa East branch of Apostolic Church of Ghana, has called on people in leadership positions to let Jesus Christ take the centre stage of their work and not be influenced by the devil to act against God and society. He noted that most of the people in leadership positions were more interested in material gains and indulged in social acts such as over-invoicing, under-invoicing and fraudulent claims.

Pastor Effah made the call when delivering the sermon at a thanksgiving service to round-off this year's pre-Christmas convention of the church at Kasoa on Sunday.

The convention under the theme "For My Eyes Have Seen Thy Salvation" was attended by about 800 members drawn from 13 assemblies within the district.

Pastor Effah noted that it was through righteousness that Ghanaians could improve and sustain the country's image and facilitate socio-economic development.
