Beach Soccer team needs to work on stamina – coach

The head coach of the Black Sharks Theophilus Armah believes a lot needs to be done if they are to make a meaningful impact at this year’s Africa Beach Soccer tourney in Seychelles.

The Black Sharks of Ghana made history by qualifying for their first ever AFCON beach soccer competition after beating the Sand Cranes of Uganda 13-2 on Sunday in Accra.

Ahead of the tournament, coach Armah has conceded there is more room for improvement.

“We still have a lot of work to do because stamina-wise I think we still have some job to do there and we will try as much as possible to work on that before we get to Seychelles,” Armah told Starr Sports.
