Majeed Waris wishes Kwadwo Asamoah speedy recovery

Ghanaian international Abdul Majeed Waris took to social media (Twitter) to send a “get well soon” message to compatriot Kwadwo Asamoah who suffered an injury on Saturday.

Kwadwo Asamoah has been ruled out for six weeks after sustaining a knee injury in Juventus 1-0 victory over Palermo.

The midfielder who was enjoying an excellent season with the Old Lady picked up the setback in the 89th minute having come on as a second half substitute for the visitors.

Majeed Waris wants his Black Stars teammate to stage a quick return.

“So sad to hear the injury of Asamoah.its a hard situation but may GOD guide every step towards ur recovery,” he tweeted.

The player will be missing Ghana’s upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifier against Uganda on October 7.
