Tema Golf Club host Monthly Medal

The Tema Country Golf Club May Monthly Medal competition tees off at Tema on Saturday, May 31.

Mr Ebenezer Adablanu, Chief Executive Officer of the club who announced this on Monday, said the one-day 18-hole stableford competition opens to amateur members of the club, is being sponsored by Crocodile Matchet Limitedd.

He said about 100 golfers are expected to participate in the event, which starts at 12 noon.

Mr Adablanu named some of the golfers who had already register for the event as John Cobbina, immediate past captain of the club, E.K. Henaku, Richard Alottey and E.T. Mensah.

He said the sponsors has put at stake very attractive prizes and called on the participants to sharpen their strokes to enable them to win prizes.

Nana Kwame Antwi-Boasiako, Managing Director of Crocodile Matchet will present the prizes to the winners.
