Hennessy Invitational Golf at Tema

Tema, April 19,GNA-The Annual Hennessy Invitational Golf Championship tees off at the Tema Country Golf Course on Saturday, April 21.

More than 100 amateur golfers from Tema, Achimota, Celebrity and Bok Nam Kim Golf Clubs have been invited to participate in the 18-Hole Medal Play competition.

Mr Ebenezer Adablanu, Chief Executive Officer of the Club, who announced this at Tema on Thursday, said the event, which shall be played under the local rules of the Tema Country Golf Club, was being sponsored by Norquest Limited.

Among an array of golfers who have registered for the competition are Ebenezer Teye Mensah, E.K. Morgan, Bright Adablanu, and William Asiedu Yeboah, all of Tema Country Golf Club. The Laldies' Section will also witness crack golfers like 'Lady Scientific' Florence Etwi Barimah, Mona Captan, Adelaide Owusu-Adjapong and Valentina Manteaw.

Seven n prizes will be awarded in the Men's Section while five will go to the Ladies event. 19 April 07
