As I am no legal expert, there is not much I can say even though I thoroughly read the article. The only thing I come out with from my reading is yet another example of the poor way our institutions work.
I hope Asare gets a proper response to his concerns. He made similar ones concerning the dual citizenship but it seems nothing has come out of it.
This is our country. We should keep fighting no matter the results of our fights.

Why there is utter silence is that the so-called legal luminaries and laymen alike are accomplices and accessories to the lawlessness and criminality that the powerful people in charge of the state apparatus have contrived to plunge Ghana in. There are really no spectators, as President Akufo Addo is misleading Ghanaians with a plagiarised speech. Even babies on the laps of their mothers are daily witnesses to crimes of bribery and corruption on our streets, when Policemen extract money from drivers.
Kudos to Azar for his fortitude and persistence in taking on the lawless state actors, and condemning the accomplices and accessories that make the lawlessness possible. If they have any shame - I doubt it though - SHAME ON THEM ALL! STOP THE SAVAGERY AND LAWLESSNESS YOU ARE INDULGING IN!!!!
