    THE BEST JOLOF IS TO USE BEEF OR VEGETABLE STOCK AND OTHER SPICES TO PREPARE THE FOOD.

    Well, i think its not only in Ghana that we find this type of food. In Russia, you will find it when you visit the restaurants of Uzbekistani´s and country´s that are neighbouring Russia. They call it "Plof"
