In Africa you eat to fill your stomach with one go so heavy rice is good for people limited on food. No foreigner can tell you whose food is better its the local taste mild or spicy and what goes in. Well, i think its not only in Ghana that we find this type of food. In Russia, you will find it when you visit the restaurants of Uzbekistani´s and country´s that are neighbouring Russia. They call it "Plof"
