Government must make sure each school has a professional counselor with the necessary logistics to function well.

A student needs counselor when he needs help personally or with his subject selection or majoring in a specific field. How many science students know they can major in so call "raw" subjects and become the best Medical Doctors or engineers ! We waste too much talents in Africa! God help us!
