Can a ghanaian businessman or woman behave in such a manner in Lebanon.
You people don't respect any coloured person but you're all over in black africa and you don't even invest in the countries where you are.
You people are really inhuman.
But what I can say is that it's not your fault, but rather that of the dead goat.
So my only good advice to you folks is be very careful and act as normal human beings

My friend;that was the point of the whol scenario and truth must be told ..it is only "gimmick" or shallow minds who will treat this as xenophobic. The truth is;the supervisor action was wrong and way out of control that prompted many as racist fellow..It is uncommon for supervisor to whacked employee with pepper;what was was going through his mind. Was he wasn't through some drugs, having issue at home or trying to demean the co-worker.if there's no answer to these question then there was something in his heart and what was in his heart racial empathy. And so what if references to light colour skin charity in Ghana ;providing whatever;no body cares.what we care, that fellow has committed what was unthinkable that is what everybody about not about light tone skin charity;who cares!!

I belong to one of the so-called minorities who are regularly insulted and demonised here on Ghanaweb by some mentally warped members of the Akan ethnic group. That doesn't mean all members of the Akan ethnic group are bigots and xenophobes, not to mention all Ghanaians, as you sought to deduce from what Joseph wrote.
Btw, your qs are out of place. From what we have read so far, it appears that the pepper splashed on her face accidentally, and not intentionally.
Let's await the evidence and the court's ruling, instead of fanning xenophobic attacks on all Lebanese.
