Or, some have very limited vocab and command of the English language 'cos they have never seen a Webster dictionary before. They should grab the opportunity to increase their word power by simply typing into google search those "big words". I do so myself now and then and I am richer for it.
The problem you blokes are having is due to the fact that the word "intelligentsia" has disappeared from the Ghanaian lexicon with the death of the last pre-indep intellectuals, you find the writings of Nyebro Yaw very hard to comprehend. During the colonial era, the less educated relish the opportunity of reading heavy stuffs like this.
