  I believe the tropics do have much problem than the desert, and the attics. Y not focus at such places if really, the case to to help food shortage? Isn't is possible? I believe that it's all about controlling our resource's ability to produce.
  At the end, we 'll buy all disease control chemicals from them. More especially all seeds. What then becomes our independence of producing?
  We can do better as scientists, we can produce modified plants that can still reproduce from its seeds or parts.
