Also, imagine the decision he took in freeing the Muntie trio from prison after they have threatened some of our Supreme court judges. Mahama, as a president, bent under pressure from his party supporters and acted like a fool or, simply put a vagabond. A leader with who is full of commonsense, will never go that way.
Look at John Mahama going abroad on a business tour and choosing Akua Donkor as part his entourage. The lady is a human being alright yes, but should she be part of the president's entourage and what role was she going to play? What leader in his right mind will do this?
The presidency was too "huge" for John Mahama whose highest position should have been either a member of parliament or a minister. When some workers have not been paid for years with the excuses that there is no money, Mahama had the gut to dole out cash to purchase cars and houses to his cronies and those who keep on propagating lies about his government. Second, if those supposed 'qualities' - affability, humility, 'nice guy' etc., - have any meaning for politics in Ghana, they should translate into attaining the values of probity and accountability in leadership and governance, especially for an NDC government!
Third, for a people so difficult, so indisciplined and so corruption-prone like Ghanaians, the critical qualities of leadership you need are not some supposed humility and niceness and giving out gifts of cars and houses to individuals so irresponsibly! Rather, the qualities you need are the combinations of high integrity, high sense of probity and accountability, firmness, resoluteness, decisiveness etc., etc. To appropriate roughly Otto Von Bismarck's remarks here, the important, hard questions for successful governance in Ghana today are not going to be decided by affability, humility, niceness and doling out of gifts but by high integrity and firmness and 'iron fist'! In other words, you've got to have balls! And you've got to stand on the high moral ground!

Montie three didn't cause Mahama downfall,it is lies told by his political opponents about the state of the economy of the country to their mainly illiterate voters who didn't understand priority of issues and the acceleration of infrastructure developments the government was embarking instead to the pockets of few mainly opposition members lies that seems to see them struggling in their own self economic challenges in their homes,today those evil forces are coming to power to amass wealth for themselves and wouldn't care to build hospitals for the poor because they can afford to medical care abroad if they and their family are sick,they will neglect building good roads because they can afford to drive 4wheel SUV'S,they will not build schools because they can afford to educate their children in Europe where infrastructure facilities are good,the NDC government was embarking on infrastructure developments for the country to meet the good standards of the people so that we and our children and future generation wouldn't be dreaming to seek better life in Europe or other already developed countries. We have sold our future developments agenda to self distructions and we can pay for it dearly!
