Amidu and Asare fail to quote a single legal stipulation in the Constitution which lays down the "procedural mandate" that guides the Judges in "contempt" cases.
As you diligently pointed out, the Judges are absolutely INVESTED to use their sole DISCRETION in contempt cases.
Not even Parliament, the other "invested authority" in contempt citations, has any sway in what the Judiciary DECIDES!
