  ''They're smart pills,'' said little Mahama and Sam Okudjeto ate them .. ''Eat them and they'll make you smarter.
  
  So he ate them and said, ''These taste like shit.''
  
  ''See,'' said Mahama, ''you're getting smarter already.''

  Sam Okudzeto was in NPP in 2007 when NPP was about to close down the Kloledor salt pan because according to them Tsatsu Tsikata was wrong when he supported salt winning there to support GNPC. It was also NPP that was unable to run the Ghanaian economy thus declared the country a Highly Poor Indebted Country. It was also Sam Okudzeto and NPP legal brains who imprisoned Dan Aborakpui for causing financial lost to the state when the money in question was resting in the bank.
