You did not ask the where about of $53.7 million grant to ministry of fisheries for construction of research centre,purchase of research vessel, computers and landing port which the money cannot be account for and the criminal NDC sector minister and his criminals has stolen the money.So now donor countries are now wise and now doing projects on their own and hand it over eg the water project that both the Netherlands and the Israeli governments put money together construct that provide water all the way Adenta and the Japan expanding project in Takoradi.
