  Okoampa-Ahoofe, did former President John Kufuor "undermine the hard-fought democratic, civil and human rights of the Ghanaian people" when early during his administration he was bent on prosecuting and incarcerating Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata but he lost the case at the Supreme Court and therefore reconstituted the Court by appointing three of his favourite justices to the Court, thus increasing the number of the justices from 9 to 12 who voted to reverse their earlier decision of "Not guilty" to "Guilty"? Can such a thing happen in the United States? Can any American president merely increase the number of the Supreme Court justices from 9 to 12 and have them reverse their earlier decision which went against him? Do you suppose that President Obama has the power and authority to increase the number of the justices at the Court in order to have them reverse their recent decision regarding his executive action?
  
  You claim that the murder of the three "Akan judges", as you've emphasised repeatedly elsewhere, "had an inescapable tinge of ethnic cleansing". What you've been attempting to accomplish all these years by rehearsing this issue of ethnic cleansing is to pitch the Akans against the Ewes in a civil war. But was that the first time you've heard of any attempt at "ethnic cleansing" in Ghana? Was it not Akans who first introduced such a phenomenon in the history of Ghana when they singled out and assassinated Ewe officers, viz., Major-General Kotoka, Capts. Borkloe and Avevor, in their abortive coup in 1967? How come you've never made reference to that in any of your writings but you've unceasingly written about the killing of the "Akan judges" by Ewes?
  
  What's so much surprising about you is that your higher education doesn't seem to help you in any way to be seriously objective in your views at all. If President Kufuor and his predecessor Fl-Lt. Rawlings' pardons of individuals and Kufuor's arbitrary and morally objectionable decision and action referred to above did not lead to a civil war, why should Ghana be plunged into such if President Mahama invokes his presidential prerogative and pardons the Monte Three? Do you see why numerous readers do not respect you but dismiss and insult you when you post your articles? Please learn to be objective as a true scholar and stop getting people irritated.
