These crooks took away the allowance for the past 8 yrs and have always fight tooth and nail as why it was right to take away the allowance and getting close to election time and they are now saying..... trick or treat here comes your allowance

Mahama loves Ghana, that is the reason why he became president so that he will put in place relevant measures for Ghana to develop.
But it is clear that his methods and tactics are not helping Ghana, as many businesses are collapsing under his administration. And I don't think Mahama is happy about what is happening.
So if the methods and tactics, he thought would help Ghana, are not yielding fruitful results, what makes it wrong for him to pave way for another person to come and try his luck?
If you are a Medical Doctor Who loves a certain patient but upon all the efforts you have put in place, the patient is not recovering, as his condition is becoming worse and worse. And another Medical Doctor says that he can help the patient to recover very fast, will you not allow that Medical Doctor to try his methods, if you truly love the patient and don't want to lose him?

What a rubbish piece of article.Even in rich countries nurses take loans to pay for their nursing courses and apply for jobs when they finish their courses.The writer feels that the status quo should continue to exist despite the fast changing of the economic position of the country.He talks about Kwame Nkrumah instituting financial incentives for northeners to get educated.Should the nation continue to have that policy when so many northeners are filthy rich enough to be able to sponsor some of the poor to get educated?No condition is permanent and Ghanaians must learn to be realistic.We always want to have things the easy way.

And apparently ghana's has been exceeded so politicians can promise the world but you stop and ask yourself where exactly will they get the money to fund their promises without throwing ghana into further debt and election or no election the government seems to have tigthened the purse strings awhile or did you miss that there was a change in plans and they will not be funding electric bill substidies for the poor. I'll be happier when the common man and women are able see that there is no politician that is able to promise you the world and then actually deliver it to you as I'm sure that the poor would have appreciated those electric bill substidies as well as those who would have love to have kept their recently closed business due to failure to pay the light bill open
