Don't compare Sir John's actions to Koku. The supreme court cannot and will not summon Koku Anyidohu. Koku did not disobey or disregard Supreme court orders as did Sir John and others.

It's for this reason that a competent President would have found a way to appoint a competent EC. Unfortunately, Charlotte Osei has proven beyond any doubt that she isn't cut for the job! That is a testimony of why Ghana is in a mess under JDM! His ministerial and other appointments have been square pegs in round holes! He himself isn't a competent leader(eg. GITMO 2; ford gift; missing speech; airlifting $4m to Brazil etc). The sad thing is that he wants to retain power fraudulently! Unless she's straightened the EC will lead Ghana to a civil war soon.

So sad you of all people think the supreme court is the law. They can not order anybody about.
Can they arrest anyone without the help of the IGP.
Supreme court is not the constitution so keep quite.
