Mr Asante western democracy is just not good for Africa.It calls for the existence of political parties to let it work but in Africa it is rather the opposite.Western democracy based n the party system has promoted tribalism,divisiveness,hatred and even at times wars in africa.Because of western democracy politics in africa has turned into'TRIBALITICS'.We better throw away western democracy and evolve a political system best suited for our multi-tribal societies.Western democracy is just a poison chalice for Africa.

WE SAY: Good point.
Case in point --- The Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana (FTOS-Gh) campaign still needs more Ghanaians and Ghana supporters to be involved. When a country like Ghana has lost over $6 billion in unfair oil contracts, we would have expected a lot more people to be up in arms.....
