The secessionist movement which aligned itself with the mate mehu of the Danquah Busia tradition now prefer to be part of Ghana and these group stands on its own.

Btw, what does he mean that Anlos were recent migrants on the lands they now occupied in southern VR? Were Akyems or any Akans living there when they arrived? Are Akans also not recent migrants to Ghana? In fact, into the VR and to as far as Togo.
Ahoofe should be thankful to the Anlos for not supplying the boats the Asantes requested to cross the Volta in order to chase after them when the Asantes finally managed to rout the Akyems in 1763 or so. They lived to fight another day, though most have also become "Ewes" in Togo, just like Ahoofe's father until he married an Akyem woman. Now, Ahoofe is an Akyem zealot, more Akyem than bona-fide 100% Akyems. Tweah!
Just some couple of weeks ago, I got a call from the US and the subject was buying T-shirts for an Akyem NPP MP candidate who has been doing an excellent job for us as a lawyer. Then I read this kind of gross ethnocentric nonsense from Ahoofe and his ilk. Makes me feel like puking!
Any wonder some people want to secede from pricks like these?

There is going to be a referendum soon after the 150 years mark has almost reached since it was agreed buy the international to allocate part of the Togoland between the French and the British after the fall of German controlled territory of Togoland during the end of the second world war.
The people of the Volta region will have to choose between staying with Ghana , Togo or stay as an independent state. This is why these Western Togolanders are calling for the creation of a new state where German will be the adopted official language. ahoefe please read a bit about African and World history.

It is Western Togoland goes back to togo. What was done to togo was very wrong and this is the time for togo to get back what was stolen from him back in 1950. Nobody including Ghana would like to be in this position, they way Ghana tru nkrumah annexed Togoland. After the white invaders were gone Western Togoland should have gone back to togo period...not forced into a fraud election by nkrumah to keep togo. Togo for togo. This is the time of jubilee, all slaves must go home....including the full Western Togoland. Praise God.
