    Dr Okoampa-Ahoofe, this is a perfectly reasonable article. Alexanda Kotey's only Ghanaian connection is his father's Ghanaian background and the given name, Kotey.

    You make a very valid point regarding the Ghanaian constitution, sir. If Kotey is half Cypriot and half Ghanaian, I guess he can claim both sides. It's just that simple.
