Well said Esther. I agree, Ghana has ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, yet it has failed to import the essential provisions of the Convention into the national law. Of course, the policy makers' have promulgated Persons with Disability Act in 2006, its encapsulated provisions are not innovative, and at worse, below the internationally agreed standards.
Anyway, Ghana is legally obliged under 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties to uphold the provisions detailed in the 2008 UN CRPD, therefore, we shall hold the government into account after 2016. Well done once again Esther. I wish I could get in touch with you.

Well done esther, Gov must walk the talk by praticacally getting involved, not just lip service. Because this is not about NPP and NDC not so many comments.
