Dr Okoampa-Ahoofe, if it's your strong conviction to get Mr Sammy Crabbe removed, nothing stops you from seeking his suspension or removal through the party's grievance procedure from the comfort of your home in far away New York.
Of course, it is always tempting to always blame the Kufour/Alan faction of undermining your cousin, Nana Akufo-Addo. Yes, the activities and attitude of some of the Kufour/Alan loyalists are indeed highly damaging. The point of 'coup' is to take control of the party. But the importance of effective leadership in these matters must not be overlooked. Perhaps, Nana Akufo-Addo should demonstrate he can unite the NPP's 'warring factions', and decisively manage the dissenting voices and tensions within the party.

How is anything done by Sammy Crabbe any worse than practices of the NPP leadership and or those NPP cowards seeking refuge from nations far and wide who are only good at throwing political grenades into Ghana? Has most of the NPP leadership including the flag-bearer Nana Akufo-Addo not left Ghana for the UK and other nations on numerous occasion to hide from the mess they starts but cannot finish? Did most of the democracy seeking idiots without a clue what it takes to be a bona-fide democracy not run like the cowards they are for the conforts of western industrialized nations after they gave us the 1966 coup? You live in the USA and proud for your children and family to have the foundations the USA has to offer and yet you are the very chief architect of mischief in NPP politics of sabotage and agitations. How are you any better than the Sammy Crabbe' s out here Dr. Kwame?

It amazes me that Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr., a whole College Professor in the USA of all Nations, would steep so precipitously into the gutter of pejorative name-calling of folks who do not support his political favorites.
Hence, here he goes tagging former President Kufuor and Alan Kyeremateng and their political followers as 'Atwima Mafia/Cabal' and 'Atwima Mafioso'.
Many of us have long expressed concerns about how the Akufo-Addo faction of the NPP has been described elsewhere as the 'Akyem Mafia'. And we strongly condemned such characterization of political opponents because it turns the political contests in our Democracy into turfs of criminal gangsterism.
But here we are with a whole Professor in a Nation purported to be the World's leading democratic country, the good old USA, bathing in such minatory buffoonery of propagating that criminal concept in our Politics.
No wonder violence has rocketed in the NPP in recent months, leading to vicious homicides. So, if the opponents of Akufo-Addo's, who the Professor dubs as 'Atwima Mafia' more and more widely accept Okoampa-Ahoofe's characterization to act upon it to further escalate the violence, what would the Professor say about their behavior, then?
In order words, the Professor seems to be perpetuating the idea that political dissent within his circles is tantamount to inter-gangster war that makes the use of violence acceptable.
Well, the 'Goebbelsian' Professor ought to be emphatically told that
the majority of Ghanaians, and even the larger NPP membership, do not embrace his twisted, fiendish, Nazi methodology in our Politics, however nascent our Democracy is.
Folks must therefore take serious notice of how the views of this evil Professor might have crept into his Uncle's, and NPP Flagbearer's, Akufo-Addo's modus operandi as shown in his "Yen Akanfo de..'all die be die' " demagoguery.
We should not overlook the passive behavior of escapism adopted by Akufo-Addo to so conveniently travel abroad anytime that a violent event erupts in NPP. That could hardly be a persistent recurrent coincidence.
It is very interesting how the Professor calls any dissent to Akufo-Addo's leadership 'an attempt to torpedo' his presidential dreams to set up the quick-sandy grounds for justifying his violent propaganda.
And even if any dissent to Akufo-Addo were so as to 'torpedo his dreams' to become the President of the Nation, is that not what Democracy is all about, and grants political opponents of his? And why should that opposition be translated into some infernal, physically violent adventure?
It is only people like Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr. who have certain innate addiction for violence that would like to see our Democracy fraught with such violence, and continue to incite despicable criminal behaviors to erupt in our politics.
If the NPP leaders, especially, the NEC and the National Council, really care for the Party's survival and successful growth, they should legally clamp down on the dangerous activities, behaviors and rhetoric of the likes of Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr. If they fail to do so, they should not be surprised that the NPP remains in the Opposition much longer.
The less muted Ghanaian majority Electorate would surely reject any leader so closely associated with and is passive about such invidious hooligans as Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr.
Folks, whenever we let Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr. have his way to misguide us, we tend to be telling him as said Shakespeare: 'Come, seeling night,
Scarf up the tender eye of pitiful day, and with thy bloody and invisible hand cancel and tear to pieces that great bond which keeps me pale! Light thickens, and the crow
Makes wing to the rooky wood.'
U sit somewhere and write nonsense.......
Obviously, if Mr Sammy Crabbe would have resigned, he could have done so in protest over the party's decision to indefinitely suspend Mr Paul Afoko, as the party's chairman.
