I think for once those stupid fans of yours must stand up and say this time you have gone too far.Literacy mean been polite and nice even in the worst of time and that is a sign of class but for you lack of manners and grace is an every day thing.
I am not surprised that people call you a vulgar buffoon because I will not be surprised if you see this advice as a slagging match and come up swinging like a monkey.

DCE stands for District Chief Executive. That position did not exist during Nkrumah's time. You are showing your lack of education.

Many of them were just San Seven leavers because there were not many educated Ghanaians by then. If you were highly educated and an active CPP member, you got a better post than DC.
And yes, many of DC Kwakye's sayings have been adulterated over the years and he may not even have said some of the things attributed to him.
But I don't think Sarpong is claiming to be writing a historical document.
