There is a software program that is used by Sekondi Takoradi Metro called Smartsol. It's an issue tracking and monitoring program with interactive mapping and ability to follow up. I don't know why AMA couldn't benefit from something similar to this. Should be able to leave inquiries with the AMA website and yet it is not working.
This issue is cultural and been established for decades which makes it hard to solve in the time frame we want it to. National Sanitation Day is a step in that direction and it needs Ghanaians who are persistent enough until this too becomes cultural.
