Characteristically, the Goebbelsian Professor has once again found fodder to munch on to regurgitate to us a puky disjunctive Article. He often does so conveniently to trash President Mahama as part of his advocacy to promote his Uncle's, (Akufo-Addo's), chance to ascend the Presidency, it seems.
The only sensible thing recognizable in this Article is the cogent analysis of Anas' modus operandi by the Prof.'s Sister. The Article would have turned out as one of the few gems of professorial discussions by the Prof, had he just ended it on his sister's agnate observation.
Yet, the Prof. waded unto the morass of linking Anas' performance with the President's perceived neglect of Stan Dogbe's maltreatment of a Journalist.
By the way, the Prof. exposed his shallow awareness of the requisite authority of licensed and registered PIs to do their work, by suggesting that Anas and Tiger PI ought to have applied for some permission to do their work that uncovered the bribery among the Judges. Licensed PIs do not need any warrant to undertake investigations of potential crimes.
Additionally, the baiting of the potential criminals to get them caught red-handed is not "irrefutably" illegal as the Professor claims. Law Enforcement Agencies all over the World have used similar tactics to net dangerous criminals, and the results of such underground undercover infiltration of the criminals' circles have stood up to the test of admissibility in Courts to help prosecution of the criminals. Activities that these investigative undercover infiltrators of the criminals' fortresses partake in would often involving baiting and even some active involvement in promoting the crime charged. So long as the investigators could offer, or allow plausible breaks in their interactions with the criminals that the criminals could have taken advantage of to withdraw from their intended crimes, the investigators would turn out as only peeling off the shells to expose the ultimate imminent crime intended by the criminals.
