Yes, judicial process must be observed but those judges are not "above the law". As with all criminal trials, allegations must be tried fairly.

And what is Mr Ndebugri talking about? Justice Dery and his co-bribe taking judges denied others justice when they should have known better and acted with more respect for the law. Mr Ndebugri and Justice Dery are simply trying to take advantage of procedural weaknesses and legal technicalities in the country's legal system to stall investigation, prosecution and disciplinary actions.
The public outrage isn't ill-informed. Ghanaians have every right to watch the Anas expose. And the corrupt judges cannot escape prosecution.

Even an injunction from where? is useless , judges can not commit crimes and go back to their own courts and seek injunction to stop showing this shameful evidence against them. Who cares about this useless document they call injunction which they have helped to stain.Lawyer Dery should have done what? take pictures of those attendance, well if he wants it that one too is available and let see what he can do with it.Lawyer Dery is confused and desperate , we all know that , we are just laughing and watching at his poor gymnastics show, let see if he can land with his two legs in tacked. Are they above the law? with a good pay cum retiring with their pay, accommodation and other fringe benefits what else do they need, are they better than other upright judges? greed indeed. Ndebugri has lost his savor, the public is discerning as more and more Ghanaian lawyers continuous to exhibit poor performance but just looking for money greedily.
