I will reserve a detail comments on this since it is meant for the consumption of the npp members and party. However the picture of elitism and the hullabaloo which surrounded the inclusion of Akua Donkor just because of her illiteracy, will play up when it comes to elections.
Ifthe illiterate is not qualified to play a role in national affairs and their role can not be inclusive, then the npp will have a long way to go.Many people who value the wisdom of the illiterate mothers would be insulted as a result of the npp posture.
Now it is time to go to the villages and towns to tell the illiterates that they have no place in an npp government since they are not valued. The posture of elitism even though uncivlized will undo the npp.

Great, great stuff. Where is Nana Akufo-Addo? Someone kindly draw his attention to this masterpiece. Food for thought. A two-edged sword that cuts both sides in a non-partisan manner. Beautiful English, smooth flowing, that warms the heart. Hmm! My heart bleeds when I hear NPP members claiming they will win the 2016 elections, when in actual fact, Nana Akufo-Addo is failing to act like a pacifier, a unifier - a move that is necessary for the overall success of the 2016 election. When is he going to act? The time is now! Well, this is just a dichotomy. Some journalists need to go back to school so they could sharpen their grammar skills. They just have to read this article. It's only an irresponsible govt that resorts to insults, name-calling, etc., as a means of defending itself against criticism. Why does NDC govt abhor criticisms? Does this govt understand democracy at all? Rev. Ministers, Doctors, Teachers, etc., have all had their share of NDC insults, vituperations. Nobody has been called to order, an indication that the Prez is in full support. People shouldn't make any mistake. Whatever stand a President takes in the discharge of his duties, is critical to the unity or otherwise of the country that he rules. If he's seen to favour only members loyal to his party or those in his govt, that seriously compromises peace and stabilty, a recipe for disaster. He must always be on top of issues and not vice- versa. unfortunately Mahama has lost touch completely, haunted by his own abyssmal performance. The existing problems are being compounded by his wrong choice of words. Instead of calming down tempers, he inflames them. The country is already bedeviled by corruption, rot, mismanagement, bad governance, you don't add salt to injury by making snobbish statements. People will forgive you when you tone down your language. Mahama hasn't done that. He feels he has become toughened enough to liken himself to a dead goat. 'I'm a dead goat' he says, 'I fear no knife'. Ironically, he is a communication expert. He hasn't set a good example. It's against this backdrop that you find all manner of self-styled NDC communicators, going on the airwaves, casting insinuations, lambasting people here and there, as if Ghana is for them. And what they hate and can't stand, is seeing people they've humiliated, 'roaring' back at them like a wounded lion.

Dr SAS,
The people who criticised the inclusion of Madam Akua Donkor did not do so because "she is illiterate," although reading a factory's magazine upside down did not do much to her and Ghana's cause, for that matter.

After all most of the other appointees who only insult are not that literate in the real sense of the word. Most of the criticism stemmed from the fact that the president could have made better use of the nation's scarce resources by sending business people whose inclusion would have enhanced the nation's effort to woo Italian business.
At least businesses people could have learnt a lesson or two about presentation, work ethics, customer service, etc. Under our bogus constitution, the president can do what he likes, but the people who pay for his travels should at least be able to say he should use our money with some prudence!
