What would say to my analysis: My conclusion has for years has been that your Machiavellian hero Nana Addo is behind the Invisible Force, Commandr-in-chief of the Tontton Macoute that provide him with personal security and regularly resort to voilence to enforce his will and teach those who offer dissenting views. He even triumphant visited the undersiege party HQ without reprimanding them for the forceful and voilent sacking of the HQ in coup-like fashion.Their record of indiscipline is chart breaking in ghana's political history even though they must have gone to sleep in the heat of the fateful december 2012 election, preferring to protect the President in waiting than the ballot, which requires brain not brawn. They maimed a bonafide dues paying party who simply came to his party HQ wearing an Alan t-shirt. For that he is still crippled and bed ridden. The massed at the party HQ to disrupt a press conference organised by the duly elected National Chairman to respond to untruths about how they run the party, a legitimate right. They beat up security detail of a licenced security who had been requested to take over security at the party headquaters. They have have voilent scuffles with the police, media and vitually anyone who attempts to get close to Nana Addo, in the full glare of the candidate himself. They have stopped party people including leading members and founders of the party for entering the private residence of the candidate. And in all this they are neither recruited nor paided by the Party nor accountable to its leadership structures. Indeed they are extra legal with authority over and above the elected National Executives of the party. At that is gleaned from the empirial evidence is that they are beholden to one man and enforce his will explicitly and implicitly.
So now Dr. Okoampa, who should be investigated and cleared of misdeeds that divide the party snd wreck havoc on members - Nana's TonTon Macoute, the Untouchable Invisible Forces, or the elected National Chairman and General Secretary who are not under investigation by the police, the only body for criminal investgation and prosecution. Where is the neutrality in a party whose Chairman of Council of Elders, CK Tedem feels justified in making a decision and signing a letter to announce it with hearing the views and contribution of party members. Where is the legitimacy and justice in regional chairmen hurriedly arranging poorly attended and disputed meeting to impeach the two topmost national party executives without due process, then turn round to force a step aside motion without reference to the constitution. All this immediately after meeting an emotionally charged mansotwehene Nana Addo, the Selective Unifier who clsims he did not know why they were calling for emergency region meeting before a planned National Executive Council Meeting at which the Regional Chairmen were to be present and heard. This commedy of errors and communist inferior tactics can only come from proud graduates of the Kwame Nkrumah Ideological Institute, Addo and Blay, who paid more attention to destabilisation tactics than election winning unifying ways. This is the crux of the matter not the Mahama tragedy for which a criminal trial has began.
