This article comes from a mind schooled to swallow propaganda or propagate it. Every point made is to justify a dictator's inhuman treatment of another human which must be condemned. "Secular religion " is a pseudonym for communism. And by the way, Bush didn't use the attempted assassination of his father as a major reason. He only mentioned it in passing at a press briefing. U can check all his speeches before the Iraqi war. It shows u aren't diligent in checking your facts but dedicated to your cause at the expense of impartiality. In a civilized society, u don't arrest a human being with all this evidence u have for that long and deny him a trial, especially when it's a one party state. Any Ghanaian, in my opinion, would have been able to do a lot and probably better with the cash at hand at the time of independence.

Ask you father or grandfather.How many Ghanaians would have done what Nkrumah did with the cash on hand? Do you how much the British Government left,how much Nkrumah spent on development and the debt the Ghana government incurred as a result of Nkrumah's fast-paced development?
