NO NATION IN THE WEST, GIVES VOCATOIONAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING TO TO ITS BOYS AND GIRLS WHO FAILED IN THEIR JSS AND SSS EXAMINATIONS.
THESE BOYS AND GIRLS WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO PRODUCE INFERIOR PRODUCTS, THAT ARE NOT FIT TO BE MAKERTED EVEN AT AFRICAN REGIONAL MAKERTS AND THE WEST.
THEY ARE FIRST SUPPORTED TO OBTAIN THEIR JSS AND SSS CERTIFICATES BEFORE THEY ARE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO RECEIVE THEIR VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AT WORK PLACES AND AT THESE INSTITUTIONS.
WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO PUT UP SUCH YOUTH POLICY ACTION PLAN AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT THAT CONTINUES TO DRAIN THE TAX PAYERS MONEY AND AN OUTLET FOR CRIMINALS,ROGUEDS AND CROOKS APPOINTED TO BE IN CHARGE TO MANIPULATE AND DUPE THE NATION.
DO WE REALLY KNOW WHERE WE ARE AND WHERE WE ARE GOING.
IT IS TIME TO REVIVE THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT FOR ALLL THESE MEASURES
