If she is found to have used deceptive means to acquire the Austrian passport, that will invalidate her citizenship.
Then after serving her sentence, she will be deported to Ghana. Then she will be investigated on the whole issue again.

Justice was fairly meted because the judge ensured his judgement was not clouded by all the Media frenzy so he saved the UK Tax payers by swiftly dealing with the case upon a guilty plea. Confiscation or forfeiture of alleged properties in her country of embarkation is not within the jurisdiction of the UK Courts. The monies on her on arrival may now be subject to forfeiture if its proven to be related to money laundering offences. It is not part of the proceeds of her offence because the transaction of this criminal business did not take place. The impertinent issue here is for Ghana to investigate the lousy use of secured parts of its airport especially the carting of drugs into an aircraft. BA should sue Ghana for this breach of security...it could have been an explosive device.

Where did you read or heard that the lady in question has renounced or recanted her Ghanaian nationality granted she is truly a Ghanaian? As of now it is not even clear where this lady was born, being it Austria or Ghana. By the way, my main contention here is that it is too easy to obtain a Ghanaian passport under this foolish NDC government which rely on Togolese Burkinabas and other African nationalities to rig elections. It is therefore a waste of every bodies time for Fofie to subject us to to the pain of reading a text, the answer of which is too obvious for even a primary six kid in Alavanyo .

If indeed you did read the article and understood it the author makes it clear that it is a prerequisite for a foreigner applying for Austrian passport to first renounce his/her original citizenship. And there's more than enough evidence to prove that Nayele is a Ghanaian by birth.

What is relevant and worthy to note here, and if you guys are abreast with the recent past events in Ghana under this useless NDC government, is the realization of the bare fact that obtaining a passport of the Republic of Ghanaian, albeit criminally, is as easy as failing a math course in Topology, Abtract Algebra or Complex Analysis. It is for this same reason why Cocaine-Amoateng is squaring it out in court with the Republic for managing to obtain a Ghanaian passport while he was doing jail time in the US of A. It would have been clever on the part of yourself and Koofie( as my Kookoase brothers would call Kwame Fofie) to realize why Nayere made a smart move when pleaded with the court to have her repatriated to Austria when she has done serving her time in jail in other to avoid a possible prosecution in Ghana thereafter.

I won't be surprised if Nayele had been carrying a fake Ghanaian passport all along. This was a woman, who in the company of faceless, greedy, selfish, dangerous and treacherous politicians, travelled across the West African sub-region, feasting, dining and wining with men in power. Con men walking the corridors of power, harbouring dangerous motives other than their preparedness to serve the people who put them there. It mustn't have been Nayele's first attempt using the VVIP lounge. She might have used it on several occasions until that fateful day when her cup was full to the brim, and she was nabbed. Nobody would have been privy to the knowledge and fact that she used the VVIP lounge, if she had been successful in carting her 'cargo' from Heathrow Airport without any incident. The wickedness of man shall always see the light of day. Her 'paymasters' will surely be exposed one day. This unprecedented rise in corruption, graft, drug trade, armed robbery, etc., flourishing and thriving under Mahama's rule, leaves much to be desired. Ghana is really sick now; she can only be salvaged, healed, rescued by Ghanaians themselves. They must do the right thing; the number one right thing in 2016, which is voting out this useless, clueless, try-and-error NDC govt for our good. This Austrian-Australian contradiction by scatterbrains calling themselves journalists, made it difficult at the initial stages to figure out which was which. It wasn't until the Judge passed sentence, that Nayele was reported to have pleaded that she should be deported to Austria after serving her 8-years-8-months prison term. So with this information, the Austrian-Australian nonsense cleared up. I'm sure that in saying what she said, Nayele had at the back of her mind, that it would be absolutely suicidal and dangerous to return to Ghana after 8 years.

The answer will not be forthcoming because everything that this lady has done in her adult life from age 18 is faked, from name; with all the aliases, or a.k.a, to passport, to country of citizenship and even cocaine peddling.
So that all that all things being equal, in the altruistic world we would have answers to the passport issue you raised.
If this lady went to Austria which I personally lived next door to Vienna next to the Danube River and know is one the toughest countries in Europe.
The two ways she can gain easy citizenship is asylum or marriage to a citizen of that country.
Believe me even her return to Austria, yes granted after her jail but life will not be easy for her there with the POLIZEIT or Austrian police.
Although she has requested for a decoy to Austria she will be better of enjoying her ill gotten wealth in Ghana.
On passports again name it many citizens of neighboring countries in the West African subregion have been acquiring Ghana passports from time immemorial.
Nayale a.k.a Ruby etc. doesn't have to be Austrian citizen to demand a return to Austria, because it is also a country that takes asylum seriously in fact that is the easiest way most non citizens get to stay in that country.
If Nayale has kids still in Austria certainly for the sake of her kids born there. It is the only logical place she will be sent after serving her jail term.

If nothing is do to clear this case, Ghana will always be as it is in the eyes of our slave masters. Do we have any honest man or woman in Ghana?. The only mistake done by the British police was that they rush to arrested her too early.Tag the bag or begs, wait and follow the goods to it's destination. You will see all those involved. And?. Now we know what she does, will the State of Ghana seizes her properties? We have freedom of information. If we provide the judgement of all cocaine smugglers to the UK will the Ghana judiciary seized their properties. I will help if asked to.
