Your write-ups are so simplistic and journalese that you obviously don't sound like someone who worked for his PhD. You berate Konadu because she has chosen to be independent of the corrupt NDC! Think about bringing critical analyses to the quotation below from your errant essay:
She is pushing the button and will regret the nasty consequences. After exploiting the 31st December Women’s Movement to build her own political stature and after using its aegis to acquire property, let somebody ask her what has become of that Movement today? Where is it? Strangled by her over-ambition, especially after the main pillars of the Movement broke ranks with her.
"The fact that Rawlings would even make the appeal the way he did it entails a lot. If his wife indeed needed the NDC to survive politically, why won’t the Rawlingses sort things out on the quiet? Not so for the Rawlingses who have come to realize that splitting their family into political camps might help sustain them."

The stance of Bokor is a common aberation among some Ghanaians. Some Ghanaians argue from the point of fanaticism. Bokor is noted for his jaundiced views on political matters. I have always been wondering how he has been assessing his students who hold divergent views from his. In many instances he allows his emotions to dictate his reasoning. If Nana Konadu opts to stay at boys'quarters and avoid sharing space with criminals then that is her conviction and we should allow it. Why should Nana Konadu suffer nasty consequences for her conviction? By the way is this a physical threat on her life?
Why bring in the age factor? Is she demented? The woman is on a crusade to tell Ghanaians that pillaging of the country's resources will forever pull the country downwards and for this Bokor should join the crusade!

Nana Konadu said in plain words, she will not return to the NDC despite her husbands appeal, what is your problem there, Bokor, are you selfishly and hypocritically deaf and blind?
What sort of a nonentity being are you? Can you only write nonsense?

Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour relations Baba Jamal says former President Rawlings gave the NDC “a new lease of life” with his address at the 8th Congress of the ruling party in Kumasi in the Ashanti region.
According to him, Mr Rawlings’ address was reconciliatory and inspiring to delegates who converged at the Baba Yara sports stadium to elect new national executives for the party.
“He has given us a new lease of life and everybody here today can testify in that,” the former deputy local government minister told Starr News in Kumasi.
He added: “He (Rawlings) is telling us to start afresh and he made a profound statement that if we are united within, no enemy bigger from outside can defeat us”.
He dismissed rumours that the allegiance of the new executives tilt towards the former military leader rather than the President.

I am personally no fan of the Rawlingses but let's be fair. Nana Konadu has been an active Ghanaian politician for the past 30 years plus. There is no question about that. Her leadership of the 31st December Women's Movement was nothing short of political and should never be under played.
Traditionally, First Ladies tend to play roles that one would regard as 'apolitical' but increasingly we are seeing a shift in this approach as demonstrated elsewhere e.g. with Hilary Clinton in the US, and even in Zimbabwe, Mrs Mugabe has assumed such a high profile political role.
The trouble with Nana Kondadu is that she gambled and failed, big time. I do not belong to any political party in Ghana, but I never understood her reason for standing against an incumbent president from her own party, especially when no one did that to her own husband when he was in that office. Whatever her motive, it was the wrong thing to do (even if their party constitution allows it) and the delegates made that unmistakably clear to her.
I also believe it was wrong for president Rawlings to use the NDC party platform to seek to get the party to invite her back. It is even worse because it may have been on the spur of the moment, and without consulting her. Mind you she is a politician in her own right and has made her own choices.
My advice is, leave it alone, let her make her own choices for it is within her right as a sane adult and a politician. Wherever it leads her is her own choice.
