    IF THE NPP THINKS THEY HAVE THE MEN, AND CRITISIZE EVERY ACTION OF THE NDC GOVERNMENT, THEN WE ARE EXPECTING THEM TO COME OUT WITH ALTERNATIVES INSTEAD OF BRAGGING WITHOUT ANY SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS.
