We've heard all these stupid talk before. This is recycled research and there's nothing new. This crusade started in the Western countries in the sixties. This writer would have been making some contribution to society - both developing and developed - if she could tell us the effect of the "no punishment" changes on the children born in those western countries within the period. It's stupid, indeed plagiarism, to just parrot what we have heard for years, with negative consequences.
