Yes, that's true. Singapore is indeed clean. We can also archive that status. It's a matter of understanding especially the among the uneducated citizens.

Bad leaders are the reason. Proper streets and daily cleaning is required to keep our towns and cities clean.

Writing about the stench filled, filthy Ghana in the same breath with immaculate Singapore truly boarders on poetic aberration and injustice. The title itself is antithesis of the theme of your article and a complete subterfuge of the seriousness of the filth and stench in Ghana.
I do not understand your motivation for bringing Singapore in your article, which by way is oxymoronic because in human hygiene, Singapore is light years ahead of filthy and stench filled Ghana. If you are having difficulty understanding my point, try comparing Singapore's income per capita of $36,000 with Ghana's $1,500. There is no comparison between these two countries, and please desist from it - it is a great insult.

I can vouch that neither BERLIN (a new WORLD CAPITAL CITY) nor Old London can compare with SINGAPORE.
Singapore is a place to be seen and believed. It is just unbelieveable. In SINGAPORE, dropping a cigarette butt and or spitting out a chewing gum results in an instant fine!!!
Oh, yes, and in which other place?
Long live Ghana.

Lighten up Kwabena! Try to understand the writers viewpoint. Singapore at some point was hopeless but with much work and effort, it now a world class nation. Ghana is suffering from leadership crises coupled with visionless, ineptness, corruption & nepotism. If we can at least get rid of most of these flaws, we can make it.
