Any observer of the political scene knows that the so-called AFAG is a political wing of the NPP. With the election of Akufo-Addo as the flagbearer of the NPP, demonstrations are one of the tools among others to be used by AFAG to make sure Prez Mahama and his government remain unpopular. In view of that this so-called "Aagbe wo" demo comes as no surprise to anyone.AFAG and its gangsters have already held a number of demos aimed at making the government unpopular and as a result no one in government is scared with the latest one they intend to embark on, after all, A DEAD GOAT DOESN'T FEAR A KNIFE.
We are practicing a funny democracy in Ghana where we do all in our power to make our opponents unpopular without coming out with our own solutions to the problems we accuse our opponents of not being able to solve. If we continue our politics this way, it is our country's development which would suffer because if you make me unpopular and succeed in taking the power from me, I would also make sure I take the power back through the same process.
Ghanaians, let us learn how to do proper politics by knowing when we should rally around the elected to help develop the country and when we should be politicking to convince the electorates why they should vote for us but not to retain those in power. We are voting in 2016 and not 2014, let us give some space for the government of the day to find the solution to some our problems.

Members of AFAG and other entities pretending to be conscience of the Ghanaian public but who are nothing but mere puppets of political parties should thank God that we live in a nation where our understanding of democratic values, practices and processes are limited.
If in the greatest democracy the world has ever known and will ever know, the USA, the government of President Ronald Reagan can dismiss members of PATCO (union of Air Traffic Controllers) for exercising some perceived rights, then you bet a serious Ghana government can replace all you dimwits who act without logical thoughtful processes and or care for the nation.
There is no law that obligates a government to give cost of living increases at some mandated intervals or law that mandates that government turn over employee retirement accounts to employee unions. I dare anyone to point to an article or clause in the 1992 constitution that says so.
If all you wannabes want to cover or drape your lying faces and mouths with democratic flags then emulate practices and procedures in the UK or USA that reflect true values of democratic operations. Yes it is rather unfortunate that with the abundance of a dime a dozen people with meaningless and worthless post graduate degrees in Ghana the masses of under educated citizens and their "kokoase" folks eat every piece of misinformation coming from the mis-educated and misinformed elite class like there is no tomorrow. Why should the current administration not fire all striking workers and replace them with those on the unemployment lines? Are we supposed to think that the current workforce in Ghana is the best Ghana can do?
