But as a typical Ghanaian woman, she is leading the abuse of another woman. Agye de3 3nhyia! By the way, why was she not on the election petition panel during the hearing? This illegality must be reversed. The letter was written a year before delivery? That alone is pure corruption in the hall of justice. Ghana has gone to the dogs.

That's how bad the situation is. Georgina Woods needs to be put under investigation if its true. I have had this feeling that that CJ smells of highly shameful things

Everybody knows that CJ is highly compromised. "The Former High Court Registrar, who worked in the Communication Department of the Judicial Service, revealed that most of the charges were framed by her boss Mrs Grace Tagoe, who had sexually harassed her on a number of occasions and had made life very difficult for her after she warded off her lesbian advances.

In my humble opinion, this matter should not be swept under the carpet. There is the need for independent and thorough investigation of the whole matter, because the Judicial Service response to this article was evasive of some issues raised.
The Judicial Secretary and Chief Justice should subject themselves to indepth interview of the substantive issues and also the procedures used in arriving at the conclusion. The proceedings should be made public for independent understanding.
Was there any designated representative of the JUSAG on the committee? I believe when this issues are clearly understood and answered. the truth will be addressed.

Mr Osei Frempong, see below my earlier comment on the statement issued by the Judiciary Secretary on this matter (also on Ghanaweb).
I read this story last Wednesday and was confused why the Judicial Appointment and Disciplinary Committee got involved in am employment matter of the Judicial Service. My confusion stems from the fact that I assumed the committee is responsible for the appointment and disciplinary matters of the Judiciary (those in the legal profession such as magistrates, judges from the lowest to the highest court and lawyers- Solicitors, Attorneys, or Barristers but excluding other non-legal employees of the Judicial Service. In other words, the Judicial Appointment and Disciplinary Committee is a regulatory body of the professionals within the Judiciary in Ghana. Employment matters of the Judicial Service should be handled by a separate Disciplinary Committee of the Judicial Service. That should not involve any judge, let alone a Justice of the Supreme Court. In other words, that should be done by the management of the Judicial Service headed by its administrative head (not the Chief Justice).
If this is the system in Ghana, then, that is wrong. The body that deals with the appointment and disciplinary matters of the professionals should not be the same that should deal with employment and disciplinary matters involving staff of the Judicial Service. This is because the Judicial Service is different from the Judiciary. The Judicial Service is an agency and part of the Civil Service and therefore the employees are subject to the rules of the Civil Service and not the Regulatory body.
Even if the dismissed employee was a qualified lawyer and a member of the Ghana Bar Association, any disciplinary matters pertaining to her work as an employee of the Judicial Service should not be a subject matter for a Regulatory body but but her employer under the terms and conditions of her employemnt. If she did something contrary to her professional conduct, then that could be considered separately by the Regulatory body afterwards. The two are not the same.
How come the dismissed worker had to absent herself from work in order to pursue further studies at University of Ghana? Did the worker apply for study leave and if so was it refused to compel her to use time for work to study? Is it not in the employer's interest to encourage and support professional and personal development of its employees through further studies? If so what did the Judicial Service do to support her private studies?
In my view and my experience as a former Employment Tribunal Case Worker and Panel Member (Judge), there is more to this case than meets the eye.
If it is true that the initial story was by the husband of the dismissed worker, who is an employee of GNA and posted the article if it it was from GNA, then he is also in trouble and could lose his job.

I stand by every word and in fact I have tonnes of articles to post on the issue.

Madam Chief Justice, the accusation that you signed the letter is very serious. What does the future hold when this case necessitate a review of the earlier decision? What would you do ? Would you panel the review or appellate committee ? I believe your action smacks of poor corporate governance. Why did you sign this letter and not the Judicial Secretary ? I think you given weapon to your critics, however, henceforth think and rethink before you act and it should not be based on your emotions, biases and ego.

The continuous abuse of authority and arbitrary use of power by those in authority is a recipe for chaos, The Chief inJustice Georgina Theodora Koshie Odarley Lutterodt Wood is a perfect example of somebody who is fond acting in a capricious manner. Her personal human rights record is below the mark.
How much was she paying Kwesi, her houseboy?
Her consistent abusive rhetoric on staff and judges is known and she doubts ... some of her audio unprintable comments. insults and phrases will be circulated to be judge by the court of public opinion.
If she is a woman of integrity she should come clean of these allegations, Her split personality will be made to the whole world,
Her cohorts will exposed by video footage of their deeds.
