So God had an original plan but changed it because of the sin of man? These are the proclamations that make me yearn for alternative answers elsewhere. How can this do-no-wrong God you talk about make mistakes? This doesn't make sense at all.
And by the way, how did this God come about himself? Or are we simply to shut our faculties and believe just because a compilation of fictitious stories tells us so? Use your heads for goodness sake!
And whilst we are at it why does this God choose a tribe of people over all others as his favourite people? What about the rest of humanity? This is very typical of how a human will think, it sounds very childish indeed!

People like Coleman tell us we don't know the ways of God then go on directly to tell us the ways of God. God is like this, he is like that. If you ask them how they know, they say the Bible says it. If you ask them how the bible knows, they say you just have to believe and you realise there's no use arguing with somebody who believes blindly.
When it comes to things like God, whether there's life after death, what happens to us when we die and even the very purpose of life, I bet you the Bible, Quran, etc have absolutely no clue, can only speculate and are as ignorant about them as you and I.
